This page sets out the risk warnings, the limits of what is published on theforexbonus.com, and every commercial relationship that could affect what you read. Please read it before acting on anything on this site.
1. Research, not advice
Everything published here is general research and commentary produced for an audience of experienced, self-directed traders. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, not a solicitation to trade, and not an offer of any financial product. No article takes account of your objectives, capital, tax position or risk tolerance, because we do not know them.
We are not authorised or regulated by any financial services regulator, and we do not provide advisory, brokerage, custody or asset-management services of any kind.
2. Risk warnings
Leveraged FX and CFDs
Margined foreign exchange and contracts for difference are high-risk leveraged products. Losses can exceed deposits with some providers, and the majority of retail accounts lose money — regulated brokers must publish that percentage, and you should read it before opening an account. Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed and may be filled at a materially worse price during gaps, news or thin liquidity.
Digital assets
Cryptocurrencies are volatile and, in many jurisdictions, unregulated or only partially regulated. Exchanges and lending platforms have failed, frozen withdrawals and been hacked. Perpetual futures carry funding costs and liquidation risk that can close a position in seconds. Self-custodied assets cannot be recovered if keys or seed phrases are lost. Assume total loss is possible.
Prop-firm evaluations
Challenge fees are usually non-refundable, rule breaches can void an account instantly, and simulated-capital payouts depend entirely on the firm remaining solvent and honouring its own terms. Treat a challenge fee as an expense, not an investment.
3. Bonuses, rebates and promotions
Promotional offers described on this site are summarised in good faith from the provider’s published terms on the date shown in the article. Terms change without notice. Turnover requirements, eligibility, jurisdictional restrictions, expiry dates and withdrawal conditions are set by the provider, not by us, and must be verified with the provider before you deposit.
A bonus is a commercial incentive. It is not free capital, and in most cases it increases the amount of trading you must do — and therefore the transaction costs you must pay — before any of it becomes withdrawable.
4. Affiliate and commercial disclosure
This site earns revenue through affiliate partnerships. Where a link to a broker, exchange, prop firm or software vendor is an affiliate link, we may receive a one-off or recurring commission if you open an account or subscribe. You never pay more because of it.
- Commission rates never determine ratings, rankings, coverage order or whether a criticism is published.
- Providers who pay nothing are covered on the same terms as those who do.
- Any paid placement, sponsorship or gifted account is labelled as such on the page it appears on.
- We hold no equity in, and take no board or advisory position with, any firm covered on this site.
5. Performance, examples and past results
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trade breakdowns, backtests, screenshots and hypothetical examples are published to illustrate a process, not to advertise returns. Simulated and backtested results have inherent limitations: they benefit from hindsight, and they do not carry real slippage, funding, commission or the psychological pressure of live risk.
6. Accuracy and third parties
Market conditions, fee schedules and regulations change constantly. We correct errors promptly when they are reported, but we make no warranty that any content is complete, current or free of mistakes. External links are provided for reference only; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, security or privacy practices.
7. Jurisdiction
Nothing on this site is directed at any person in a jurisdiction where the products discussed are prohibited or where publication would breach local law. Several offers described here are unavailable to residents of the EU, UK, US, Canada, Japan and other jurisdictions. Confirming your own eligibility is your responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Forex Bonus, its owner and its contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind — including trading losses, lost profits and consequential loss — arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.
9. Questions
If any part of this disclosure is unclear, ask through the contact page before you rely on anything published here.
